A BILL to repeal section one, article one, chapter fifty-nine of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to fees for the use of the
state seal.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section charging fee for use of state seal.
Section one, article one, chapter fifty-nine of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the statute
requiring the payment of a fee to the Secretary of State for the
use of the state seal.
